About Me!
Ciao a tutti! My name is Alina Tashjian and this is my blog! I decided to start a blog so that my family and friends can see what I'm up to as I attempt to navigate the beautiful city of Rome while getting my Masters degree at the same time.

I was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio by my two wonderful parents where I live with my twin sister and younger brother.

I completed my undergrad degree at Coker College in Hartsville, South Carolina finishing with a double major in Political Science and Business Administration with Honors. Undergrad, despite being a crazy four years, really helped define to me that my path is always changing and that it is totally okay for things to change.

A day of research in a coffee shop led me to masters programs in Italy, and a few more months of applications, research, and e-mails led me to the Sapienza University of Rome and their International Cooperation and Development Masters Program!

Follow me as I learn the ins and outs of a new culture and city - The Eternal City!
